Rick Desai is the co-founder of Dashfire, FarShore's sister company. At FarShore, Rick oversees corporate strategy. He is a Chicago startup evangelist and believes that we are o the ground floor of something great in the Windy City. Rick is a reformed finance professional having invested for Madison Dearborn Partners and spent time at Lehman Brothers prior to its bankruptcy. Rick spent a year in India's slums as a William J. Clinton Fellow working on microfinance operations. He is a graduate of Georgetown University and a co-founder of Venturing Hoyas.
